Here is the information of the “Deemed Export” control for the FY2023.

1. All ABCI Users Need to submit a Declaration regarding the applicability of specific categories.
2. Prohibition of use in the development of Weapons of Mass Destruction, etc.

1. All ABCI Users Need to submit a Declaration regarding the applicability of specific categories.

In FY2023, All ABCI Users are requested to submit a Declaration regarding the applicability of specific categories through the ABCI User Portal.
For students, etc. (students who are not under the direction and order of the ABCI user corporation, JSPS special researchers, emeritus professors, etc.), please continue to submit the application from the responsible person of ABCI group.

2. Prohibition of use in the development of Weapons of Mass Destruction, etc.

ABCI users may not personally utilize any information and materials (including duplications thereof) provided or disclosed (hereinafter referred to collectively as, “provided, etc.”) by AIST in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement, along with the results generated through ABCI use, for the development, manufacture, use, storage, etc. of Weapons of Mass Destruction and conventional weaponry, as well as for military use or any other purposes that interfere with maintaining international peace and security; nor shall users provide, etc., to third parties who clearly intend use for the aforementioned purposes.
