- Only responsible persons of ABCI group and users who are granted the user administrator authority of ABCI group can apply the “Application for Continuous Use.”
- If “Continuous Application” is not performed, all ABCI services such as access to ABCI (login to ABCI, use of computing resources, download/upload from storage, etc.) and reception of email from the ABCI User Portal (https://portal.abci.ai/user/) will NOT be available in FY2021.
- The approval process for the “Application for Continuous Use” may take at most 10 working days. If the new user information has not been added after 10 working days, please contact the ABCI application reception staff below:

- The approval process for the “Application for Continuous Use” for a non-resident’s ABCI account may take 10 days or more.
<Important>Application for Continuous Use / New Use in FY2021
The application for continuous use and new use in FY2021 is now available
- The ABCI usage fees schedule will not change from FY2020. Please use the link below to apply for continuous use or new use.
- ABCI Application for FY2021 (Continuous or New)
- All group information such as user information, group disk capacity, etc. at the time of “Continuous Application” will be carried over to FY2021.
- In case of the continuous use, you may not ask reduction in Group capacity. In that case, please send email to the following for manual reduction. However, the actual usage of the disk capacity must be less than the the Group Disk capacity after the reduction.

Precautions at the end of ABCI Use
- We are no longer accepting the application for continuous use for use in FY2021.
To user groups not using ABCI in FY2020
- If “Continuous Application” is not performed, all ABCI services such as access to ABCI (login to ABCI, use of computing resources, download/upload from storage, etc.) and reception of email from the ABCI User Portal (https://portal.abci.ai/user/) will NOT be available in FY2020.
- Also, if you do not perform “Continuous Application” by September 10th, all data in the storage will be deleted after October 1st. Please note that once deleted data cannot be recovered.
- If you want to download data from ABCI storage, please send email to the following:

To ABCI Users who do NOT belong to a valid ABCI User Group
- Six months after the valid ABCI User Group disappears, all the saved files in the Home Area will be deleted. Please note that once deleted data cannot be recovered.
[Important] When an ABCI user becomes “Non Resident”
In the event that any change occurs to the contents of the Application Form as submitted, based on the provision of Article 6, the User Entity and the Supervisory User shall notify the Institute promptly of the details by means of the Notice of Change in User Registration Application. (Article 8 of ABCI Agreement)
Especially, when any ABCI user becomes “Non Resident”, he or she will be disqualified to use ABCI immediately.
