The Guidelines for the Provider Liability Limitation Act have been prepared by the Council for the Study of the Provider Liability Limitation Act to promote prompt and appropriate responses by providers when they receive requests for measures to prevent the transmission of infringing information on the Internet or requests for the disclosure of sender information. In response to the revision of the “Model Clauses of the Agreement Concerning Response to Illegal or Harmful Information” (October 2, 2023), the ABCI Cloud Storage Terms of Use have been partially changed (addition of prohibited items).

This change will be applied from the use of cloud storage in the fiscal year 2024.
