[Important] Pre‑check for FY26 Continued Use Application
Notes for Cases Where the Supervisory User Is Scheduled to Retire or Be Assigned Overseas (or leave for Long-Term Business Trip)
If there is only one Supervisory User who has administrator privileges, and that person retires or is assigned overseas (or leave for long-term business trip), the following issues may occur:
- You may not be able to submit the FY26 Continued Use Application.
- Even if the application has already been submitted, if the applicant becomes unavailable, the entire user group may be unable to resume using ABCI in FY26.
Required Actions: Add at Least One Additional User With Administrator Privileges
To ensure the Continued Use Application can be submitted, please take the following actions:

Add at least one user with administrator privileges in addition to the Supervisory User.
- Deadline: By 3/30, 17:00
- Timing: Before submitting the Continued Use Application

Users with administrator privileges who are scheduled to retire or go overseas should not submit the application.
- Only users with administrator privileges can submit the Continued Use Application.
- If the applicant becomes unavailable after submission, the entire user group may be unable to resume using ABCI in FY26.

- 3/20 - 3/30 17:00
- (Application resumes) From 4/20 onward
