ABCI 3.0 services for 2026 available on April 30, 2026 at 6:15 PM.
We are pleased to announce that ABCI 3.0 will begin providing services in FY2026.
- Start of ABCI 3.0 service: April 30, 2026

- Start of ABCI 3.0 user portal:
April 30, 2026 13:00 May 14, 2026 14:00
(Updated on May 13, 2026: Due to an issue with the user portal, the start date for accepting additional applications has been postponed by five days.)
- Starting at 2:00 PM on May 14, 2026, we will only be accepting applications for continued service for the time being.
- Information regarding the acceptance of New Use Applications will be announced at a later date.
- Start of point addition applications for FY2026 users:

Note: Please note that there is an upper limit on the number of points that may be applied for. Details regarding the limit will be announced.
Updated on May 25, 2026: the conditions for applying for additional points are as follows.
- Development Acceleration Use: maximum of 200,000 points. The remaining balance must be 100,000 points or less.
- Standard Use: maximum of 100,000 points. The remaining balance must be 50,000 points or less.
Start of Acceptance for Additional User Applications
From 13:00 on April 30, 2026 14:00 on May 14, 2026, applications for adding users will be accepted for the following user groups.

- User Groups Applying for Continued Use
- User groups whose use for Fiscal Year 2026 has already been approved.
However, for the time being, applications to add users who are classified as “Non-Residents” or “Specified Category Persons” will not be accepted.
In addition, even in the case of Continued Use, a review related to export control procedures will be conducted every fiscal year.
