Termination of ABCI Point Issuance for FY2026

Current Situation and Measures

The amount of unused ABCI Points (remaining point balances) has become large relative to the computing resources available through ABCI. If additional points continue to be issued at the current pace, it is expected that users will find it difficult to consume all of their points by the end of the fiscal year.

Accordingly, notice is hereby given of the end of the issuance of ABCI points for this fiscal year and the closing of the application period for new user groups, as detailed below.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our users, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Restrictions on ABCI Point Issuance for FY2026, Effective October 1

As previously announced, restrictions on the issuance of new and additional points have been enforced since 09:00 on 2026 Oct 01. Details on these restrictions can be found in the 2026 Sep 17 news article ABCI Point Issuance Restrictions for FY2026. Future ABCI point purchases should be planned carefully, taking into account the scheduled end date for point issuance and the point issuance restrictions.
