  • Applications submitted after 17:00 on Monday, March 24 may result in a delay in the start of service.
  • Also, even if you apply for a new account by 17:00 on Monday, March 24, you may not be able to start using ABCI 3.0 or access the user portal immediately after the 10:00 maintenance on Tuesday, April 15.

In preparation for the start of use in FY2025<Important!>

In order to use ABCI in the FY2025, you will need to apply for “specific category applicability”.

  • After 10:00 on April 15th, please apply for “specific type applicability” from the User portal by yourself (including those who will continue to use it) prior to using ABCI. If you do not apply for this, you will not be able to log in to ABCI. If you do not fall under the “specific type”, please apply for “not applicable”. ( [ User portal ] Sorry, Japanese only )

  • In the following cases, ABCI users themselves do not need to declare “specific category applicability”.
    • Japanese students, etc.
      • The responsible person for using ABCI will declare “specific category applicability” when applying to use the system, so there is no need for Japanese students to declare “specific category applicability” themselves.
    • Non-resident
      • The responsible person for using ABCI will attach the “Non-Resident Checklist” when applying for use. There is no need for the non-resident to declare “applicability to specific categories” themselves. Once the application for use has been approved, you will be able to use ABCI.
