Receive an "Approval Notice" e-mail from ABCI Application Reception.

  • After AISol confirms that the contents of the application form are consistent with the terms and conditions, an "Approval Notice" will be sent to the responsible person by e-mail.
  • A notification of the issuance of an "ABCI account" will be sent to each user by e-mail. You can use ABCI by following the instructions in the e-mail.

Receive a "Response Letter" and an "Invoice for Payment of Usage Fee" by post from BOD CO.,LTD. (株式会社BOD) as AISol's subcontractor.

  • The "Response Letter" will be sent to the responsible person for the use of the service by post, and the "Usage Fee Payment Request Form" will be enclosed.
  • If you have not received a response letter within 10 business days after submitting your application, please contact the "Application Reception" desk. Please note that overseas mail may take longer than 10 business days.




First Time with ABCI

E-mail Notification for ABCI Account Issued.

The E-mail contains ABCI Account and one-time URL to change password.

Access one-time URL to register password.

Fill in ABCI Account and a Temporary Password, and then change to your own Password.

(The Temporary URL will be expired in 72 hours after receiving the e-mail.)

When expired, access to the following URL and get re-issued Temporary Password.

Access to the ABCI User Portal, and register "SSH Public Key"

Paying ABCI Fees

A Usage Fee Payment Request Form will be sent to the ABCI User Representative by post from BOD CO.,LTD. (株式会社BOD) as an authorized payment agency for AISol's ABCI.

Please pay for ABCI fees by following the instructions included with the Usage Fee Payment Request Form.

A receipt is not issued unless requested.
If a receipt is needed, please request one from BOD CO.,LTD. as an authorized payment agency for AIST's ABCI.

Application for continued use of ABCI

Application for continued use of ABCI

Respond to inquiries from AISol if necessary.

Receive an "Usage Fee Payment Invoice" from BOD CO.,LTD. (株式会社BOD) as AIST's subcontractor.

  • After AIST approves the application, a "Usage Fee Payment Invoice" will be sent to the responsible person for the usage by post. (In the case of continuous use, a "Response Form" will not be enclosed.)

Receive an "Approval Notice" e-mail in the new fiscal year.

  • The system will automatically send an "Approval Notification" e-mail to the Responsible Person and the user after the new fiscal year begins.
